“Lago-a-Lago” Palm Beach Luxurious Interiors by DKOR

Lots of progress is happening at our new construction luxury project that broke ground early this year in Palm Beach.  520 Island Drive is a luxurious lot that the Columbus, Ohio-based real-estate Development Company Schottenstein Real Estate Group is excited to be adding to their property portfolio.

Our first site visit showcased the 16,500 square foot spec home’s final exterior design. Let’s now look at the interior concept behind our Palm Beach Luxurious Interior design project playfully named “Lago-a Lago”.

“The Mystery of an Exclusive Villa”  is our design team concept for the interior design of this Palm Beach home. The villa will feature a luxurious contemporary interior design to set it apart from the expected Palm Beach style. We implemented our concept throughout the home by strategically placing luxurious materials within the interior design. We’re focusing our attention on details that will bring a timeless and contemporary living style to the prestigious Everglades Island.

To translate the essence of this concept here is a glimpse of the impactful luxurious color palette that we will be sharing you throughout the Palm Beach home. Hints of color within the residence’s interiors unveil the mystery of the exclusive villa. Soft elegant neutral shades complemented with accent colors in furniture and accessories. We can’t wait to see more from our Palm Beach design project!

 

 

Palm Beach Luxurious Interiors – FOYER 

This luxurious home has stunning spaces throughout. First of all, our foyer is sure to captivate you at the entry of the home.  Showcasing an interesting mix of materials and interior details from flooring to ceiling. A slab of Saint Laurent black marble with gold veining accentuated the statuario marble flooring, metal accents, and tinted mirrors. These are just a few of the items for our design feature in this dramatic entry foyer space.

 

 

Palm Beach Luxurious Interiors – LIVING ROOM

The foyer transitions you into the homes grand living room.  This elegant interior space is highlighted by a modern two-sided indoor fireplace and chevron pattern wood from floor to ceiling.  To add drama to the space, we’ve embellished the two-sided fireplace with a precious quartz jumbo slab from Antoloini.

 

 

Palm Beach Luxurious Interiors – Office/Library

As we continue through the space, the living room is connected to an intimate office on the road to the end of the west wing. The DKOR interior design team included an impressive dark wood wrap design feature flanked by two wood slat doors from Rimadesio.  The inspiration for this design was inspired by our trip to Salone del Mobile 2016 where Rimadesio presented this design concept.
