The DKOR interior design team is heading north to Florida’s Palm Beach County as we begin another exciting project on a new construction luxury home. Palm Beach is renowned to visitors of South Florida for its particular charm and distinctive Mediterranean architectural style.

Our top interior designers are delighted to start on the 16,500 square foot luxury residence that will showcase impressive architecture details and design features. In collaboration with Dailey Janssen Architects, P.A., the Palm Beach spec home is an ultra-luxury seven bedroom, ten bathroom villa. Every detail in the spacious living room, family room, home theater, office, exercise room, and kitchen will be receiving lots of attention from our South Florida interior design team.

The goal of the design team is to produce a luxury interior custom tailored to the potential home buyers of Schottenstein Real Estate Group, Columbus-based real-estate Development Company. The spec home is ideally located with amazing waterfront views and attractive outdoor spaces.
