A Dreamy Fort Lauderdale Waterfront Home Is Coming to Life!
We are pleased to share with you our new construction project in collaboration with Bomar Builders and STRANG Architecture that is coming together quickly. In this post we bring you up to date on the design concept of this luxury waterfront home in Fort Lauderdale.
The two-story luxury residence will have a spacious floor plan with interiors embellished by beautiful and functional indoor/outdoor living areas. The DKOR team is creating a dreamy new home for the family to enjoy. The concept of the team’s design approach is filters in photography and their ability to change the perception of time and mood. The idea is to represent the journey in our clients’ life towards becoming a family and fulfilling their wish to keep a unique feeling home in their newly-built residence.
A new construction home is unexplored spaces free of any emotional ties or structural boundaries. In an effort to avoid the cold feeling that a new home can have, our top interior designers try to warm up spaces by incorporating touchable elements.
The interior design team translated lenticular characteristics and nature like layers into the interior spaces by applying vertical patterns in design features. The team also applied image printed screens and used different scales and depths around the interior and exterior spaces of the Fort Lauderdale waterfront property.
Layering the materials is the idea that we are connecting many different moments in time, connecting past, present, and future. Materials included natural elements like rustic woods, brick, stones and concrete mixed with a nature-based color palette to pull off the industrial style desired by our clients.
We have taken the first steps in the interior design process and completed a design concept. The team is still putting down bright ideas to create authentic and meaningful interiors with a delightful design see below this project’s interior renderings.
