Inspired by the captivating nature of the undersea, our latest Turnberry Ocean Residences design, as a result, is a rare beauty to behold! To begin with, today, we’re taking you into the heart of this 4,485-square-foot condo, the elegant living room. Like the rest of this Sunny Isles condo design, the living room features not only bespoke accents but also warm neutrals and artistic touches.

Flowing together like the waves of the sea, the furniture creates pathways through the space that draw the eye. As a focal point, the built-in living room wall unit highlights some of our clients’ most cherished treasures.

Oriented towards the floor-to-ceiling windows, as can be seen, this elegant condo interior design makes the most of the ocean views outside.

ELEGANT LIVING ROOM – DETAILS

As you take in the full picture of this living space, you’ll see our clients’ personal style shine through. Bringing together natural elements such as stone and wood, combined with repetitive shapes, the room has a timeless, organic feeling., combined with repetitive shapes, the room has a timeless, organic feeling. Above all,  hard and soft edges are in harmony. In addition, a large abstract artwork makes an eye-catching statement with its bright ocean hues.

LIVING AREA – CUSTOM WALL

Next, let’s take a closer look at the stunning living room wall unit. We filled it with sculptural pieces and books that reflect the artistic tastes of our clients.

We chose naturally veined marble, especially because it resembles light reflecting off the ocean floor. The LED downlighting of each shelf makes each item glow like a seashell in the sand.

By strategically placing furniture, we made this large room feel both intimate and sophisticated. From this angle, you’ll notice the clear pathways through the space.

Each piece of furniture flows into the next. The rounded edges of the furniture are balanced by the verticality of the wall unit and window panes.

Overall, the design of this space is oriented towards the breathtaking sea views beyond. With this in mind, our goal was to seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a special seaside haven for our clients.

SEATING AREA

Lastly, this cozy corner is perfect not only for working but also for chatting over a glass of wine. Like the rest of the space, it captures a peaceful, minimalist style. Additionally, artistic pendant lights are suspended above the table, providing a soft glow.
