Our Miami-based interior design team is excited to share with you some of the DKOR Homes that are taking shape at The Estates at Acqualina, an ultra-luxury development located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

DKOR Interiors has had many years of experience working on luxury condominium projects in Sunny Isles. For that reason, the newest project, The Estates at Acqualina, has been a goal for our design team.

The Estates at Acqualina consists of 245 curated luxury homes housed in a two-tower oceanfront development. Overall, the most distinctive features of this residential project include 45,000 square feet of outstanding indoor and outdoor amenities, as well as lobbies designed by the fashion design icon Karl Lagerfeld.

Our interior designers have been hard at work to create not only unique but also beautiful dream interiors at The Estates at Acqualina. Of course, this is thanks to the trust of the families who have selected the oceanfront development as their new home. Let us introduce each one of them!

ART-FILLED MODERN MIAMI CONDO

This is a stunning 5,000 square foot condo with both a contemporary aesthetic and large, light-filled rooms. The design of this new residence features a scheme that is crafted around our clients’ favorite art pieces.

Our goal throughout the design was to highlight the personalities of our clients. They are a couple originally from Colombia who moved to Miami years ago and love to collect art. The Estates at Acqualina Interior Designs

A DREAM CONDO OF SUBTLE ELEGANCE

A residential project that celebrates new beginnings by the ocean. This 3,793 sq. ft. condo features spacious common areas, four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Due to the design concept inspired by the phases of the moon, the interior design of this unit at The Estates at Acqualina residence will be enriched by custom luxury millwork, rich details, and a neutral color scheme featuring grays and blues.

Each area is being designed to address the needs and desires of our charming client, who recently moved to Florida to start a new chapter in her life. Here is a sneak peek:

A MOODY OASIS

This 4-bedroom/5-bathroom condo is being transformed into a moody oasis for the owners, an international family from Brazil. In order to create a place for them to enjoy, we are reflecting the influences of Lençóis Maranhenses in the design.

Inspired by the family’s love of nature, our design team is working on the interior design of the entire unit, using a compelling combination of metals, stone and textures together unique patterns to create a one-of-a-kind residence for the family to share.

COZY MODERN OCEANFRONT HOME

This family has worked with our interior design team on their various homes, and they’ve always been more than happy with the results. For that reason, when they contacted us to start a new design adventure together for their newest unit at the Estates at Acqualina, we couldn’t be more excited!

Our goal was for this 6000 sq. ft. condo with an unique layout to be both a functional and peaceful place for our clients to live each day to the fullest, sharing it with the most special people in their lives, their family. This new residence will feature a modern aesthetic coupled with warm interiors.

ELEGANT AND ZEN ESTATES AT ACQUALINA RESIDENCE

This unit will become a Florida vacation home for a very special international family of 4. Their desire was for a simple yet elegant design to enjoy while vacationing together in Florida.

Because of our clients’ love for colors inspired by nature, blue in particular, and for simple lines, our interior designers were inspired by Miami in wintertime. The interior designs have a sense of balance and serenity, incorporating natural elements together with colors.
