Our Favorite Oceanfront Condo Buildings in Sunny Isles
Over the past few years, we’ve witnessed a boom of luxury residential oceanfront condo developments all over South Florida.
Oceanfront condo living has become such a convenient option for families looking for a vacation or forever home because of the strategic locations and the wow-factor amenities, from in-building fitness centers to walk-in humidors. Additionally, condos are also a popular investment opportunity in Miami–so popular we’ve shared Tips for Decorating a Luxury Living Condo for the investors out there looking to prep their new construction condo to show to renters.
We’re seeing a particular spike in luxury condo buildings in one area in particular: Sunny Isles Beach. The DKOR interior design team has been working in this city for a long time. We have completed some of our favorite residential projects in this beautiful beachside paradise. Check them out and get ready to “oooh” and “ahhh”:
Sunny Isles Beach Design – Sophisticated Getaway
Miami Condo Design – A Plush Penthouse
Sunny Isles Beach Design – Hollywood Regency
Now that you’ve seen some of our past faves, you’re probably wondering “What are the new oceanfront condo living alternatives in Sunny Isles so I can snag a piece of paradise for myself?”
Well, here are three of our favorite new construction condo projects that are sprouting up along Sunny Isles Beach–some of which are still under construction, while others are move-in ready.
And we just happen to be working on a project in each of these Oceanfront Condo buildings!
Oceanfront Condo Buildings in Sunny Isles Beach
Château Beach Residences
Bringing a new perspective on oceanfront condo living is the Chateau Beach Residences. The residential project by the leading real estate development company, Château Group, is located on prime beachfront property in Sunny Isles. It’s a 33-floor tower with an original flowing shape that allows impressive ocean and city skyline views in all the units.
DKOR designers started working on our Modern Chateau project. Progress is happening and you can see it in the photos below!
Muse Residences
Designed by world-renowned architect Carlos Ott, Muse is a soon-to-be-built high-end luxury boutique building located in the heart of Sunny Isles. Lead by S2 Development and Property Market Group (founded by Kevin Maloney), the building is exclusive with only 68 residences. Each condo is completely finished with top-of-the-line appliances (perfect for the at-home chef!), 12-foot ceilings, and smart home technology.
We just kicked off the design process for very special clients who were lucky enough to snag one of the units in this luxury building. We can’t wait to show you more about the project in our DKOR LIVING Blog, but until then, here’s a photo of our first site visit!
Jade Signature
DKOR interior designers are creating a beachside vacation home for an international family in this new-ultra luxury building by Fortune International Group. With three floors dedicated to amenities, like a private pilates studio, a teen tech hangout, and a juice bar, and 53 stories of elegant residences, the Jade Signature is a building like no other.
As we’re just starting the design process of a very exciting project in this building, and we’ll be sharing more details soon on the blog. Stay tuned!
