Waterfront Miami Surfside Residence

This 1,107 sq. ft. condo in the Brickell Flatiron Building proved that small spaces can be worthy of bold and beautiful interior design. Our client tasked us with creating a bachelor pad design concept that transformed his Miami vacation home into a sophisticated men’s lounge.

In the end, we transformed a plain Brickell condo unit into  a sleek, elegant and inviting space with a  contemporary,  lounge-like feel.

We found inspiration in the bespoke suits our client favors for this bachelor pad design. First, our design team blended rich autumn hues such copper, coffee, navy and emerald with a range of gray shades that served as a neutral base. They then integrated textured patterns that are classic and timeless, creating exactly the vibe the client was looking for.
