Sophisticated Bay Harbor Island Residence

We were thrilled to design this gorgeous 7,000 square foot Bay Harbor Island Residence. The space needed to have elements of fun as well as sophisticated, practical features that would help our clients, a Brazilian family with twin children, feel comfortable at home. Our design concept revolves around the idea of a Soiree with a moody tropical aesthetic at its heart. Adding beachy accents and plenty of entertainment space, it is a vacation paradise for our clients to enjoy for years to come. In collaboration with CH Construction.
