Classy Contemporary Fendi Chateau Residence

The stunning Fendi Château Residences in Surfside exude sophistication inside and out, so we knew this project for our clients would need to be upscale and beautiful. In collaboration with Stambul as our general contractor, we created an elegant design for this 5,300 square foot apartment, which will serve as a primary residence.

Our clients have traveled extensively exploring iconic climbing sites, so we wanted their home to feel worldly and beautiful from the moment you step inside. Featuring a muted color palette inspired by the winter season, lots of wood detailing, classical touches, and elaborate carpentry, the interiors balance with Fendi’s designs. This also uniquely reflecting our clients’ tastes.
