The new year is a time for reflection, resolutions, and for many – a new home! This 2022, we couldn’t be more excited to share all the upcoming residential projects we are working on. From the early stages of construction to the finishing design details, this year is already filling up with unique residential projects. You’ll find us at work near and far – from condos in the heart of Miami Beach to new residences in Palm Beach. To get started, let’s take a look at three of our new construction homes that are on the horizon in 2022.

Inspired by the forest, the beach, and the city, these new construction homes are incredibly diverse, yet all three are rooted in high-end interior design principles. You’ll find attention to detail, luxury finishes, a balance of scale, and a sense of playfulness in every space. We love the diversity of homes we get to work on and these three projects are stunning examples of how each space can have its own sense of style.

NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME IN PALM BEACH, FL

We are thrilled to bring to life this stunning 9,000 sq. ft. Palm Beach Gardens residence in collaboration with Omega Builders and Brenner Architecture. This new construction project exhibits timeless features that recall the sights and sensations of a forest, from biophilic elements and organic textures to an emphasis on raw materials like light wood and luxe stone. Invoking a sense of peace and relaxation, each room is a haven of peace accented by artistic elements to keep the spirit lifted. NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME IN NORTH PALM BEACH, FL

Inspired by the journey of sea glass and created in collaboration with the Courchene Development Corp, this gorgeous new 5,500 Sq. Ft property in North Palm Beach is another exciting new development in 2022. This will be the primary residence for a loving family from California. For that reason, we wanted it to have a laid-back, beachy feel with coastal colors, raw textures, and light wood. Mid-century furniture and accents set the foundation for every room while delicate pieces of glass sparkle in one-of-a-kind artwork and light fixtures. Inviting a sense of discovery, these spaces are welcoming, cozy, and highly functional.

FORT LAUDERDALE LUXURY HOME EXTENSION

Sometimes, reaching the full potential of your home requires an extension. Whether you need more space for your growing family, or simply want to create a whole new room concept, extensions are the perfect solution when you don’t want to move. Our clients, who are living in a renovated home in Fort Lauderdale, reached out to us to help them build this new extension. They wanted to create an upscale, adult dining and living room combination. In collaboration with Strang, we happily took the design challenge to convert their 10,000 Sq. Ft. lot into a dreamy gathering space with hints of glam. The artsy fluorescent chandelier, velvet accent pillows, and floor-to-ceiling drapes give this space a luxurious city feel.
