It is awesome when the Houzz community selects our work as their dream designs.
We are happy to share with you our most recent feature in an editorial idea book of a Houzz’s collaborator from Barcelona, Spain. The powder room design of our interior design project “Contemporary Volumes” was included in the idea book, “Aseos de cortesía: Ideas para conseguir un espacio de alto impacto”. (Translation: Powder rooms: ideas to achieve a high impact space). This is an editorial idea book dedicated to share interior design tips and tricks to create a statement powder room design.
The tiny white powder room of a residence in Aventura, Florida was designed by the DKOR design team and was chosen as a great example of a successful mirror application inside a small room to make the space look larger and brighter.
Powder rooms are usually small spaces inside a house specially designed for your houseguests. They include a toilet and vanity with sink only and are usually compact in dimensions that present an opportunity to bring out our best interior design ideas.
Writer, Isabel Arjona mentions in this feature article that mirrors are a great solution to add more visual dimension to any room and to make your bathroom feel larger. The back lights on the mirror provide an illumination solution that helps to counteract the lack of brightness that you usually find in these spaces.
