LUXURY PENTHOUSE INTERIORS

Modern Asian Penthouse Design

Miami’s One Paraiso Residences is home to this penthouse apartment that’s inspired by land art. A modern Asian-influenced interior design concept brings this penthouse that towers high above the earth back down to the very sand and surf that can be seen outside the windows.

By intentionally placing materials in ways that create rhythm, contrast, and texture, we’ve designed effortless yet impactful focal points. Natural textures and earth tones combine with stark black materials to create interest and intrigue in this penthouse design project.

Fort Lauderdale Beach Penthouse

Our Fort Lauderdale interior design team elevated beachy style and sought out inspiration from the agoras of ancient Greece turning this 3,500-square-foot penthouse into a contemporary, sleek, and timeless space that puts the focus back on togetherness. Aegean blues and coppery hues pair with simple, time-honored patterns (herringbone, caning, stripes) in this luxurious Auberge Beach Penthouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

 

A Plush Penthouse Design

This penthouse design project in the Jade Beach Building in Sunny Isles, Florida, was about combining our clients’ tastes into a family-friendly home. After moving from Russia and making this 3,150-square-foot, 4-bed, 5-bath apartment their home, they needed our help decorating and designing it.

The husband loved minimal, modern design, while the wife was all about rich texture, crystals, and patterns. It was the DKOR Interiors team’s job to find a balance of the two. The team turned to Hollywood Regency style and a light and neutral palette for inspiration. It combines traditional and modern elements, so we were able to build off of the clients’ existing pieces to create a stunning penthouse design.

Our goal was to combine the husband and wife’s tastes into a home they could both love, while also ensuring our design kept all eyes focused on the amazing Atlantic Ocean views out their penthouse windows.

A Luxury Penthouse at Muse Residences

Our design team enhanced the interiors of a spectacular full-floor, 6,106-square-foot penthouse in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The property itself was one of a kind—an amazing location with breathtaking views—but it was missing the functionality and aesthetics to match.

We carefully designed the space, focusing on selections and additions that looked amazing and enhanced the unique features of the property. Check out the before and after here!

Waterfront Penthouse

Uniquely, this home underwent a stunning transformation from a traditional interior to a transitional and contemporary penthouse in the sky.

Located in Fort Lauderdale, this 4,000-square-foot project focused on a luxury waterfront penthouse. For this renovation, we were inspired by our clients’ collection of pre-Columbian artifacts. Our concept of old-world elements breaking through new-world components worked perfectly for them. We combined contemporary details with traditional elements to create our clients’ dream home. The final result of this remodeling project was modern and unique.
