ABOUT THIS
PROJECT
DKOR Interiors is teaming up with Dailey Janssen Architects, P.A., to create an ultra-luxury spec home in the chic enclave of Palm Beach, Florida. The 16,500-square-foot villa, complete with seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, checks every box on the high-end living list: impressive architectural details, design features, waterfront views, and lush outdoor spaces. The contemporary interior design aesthetic, a departure from the expected classic or Spanish colonial Palm Beach style, will be tailored to attract potential homeowners from the Schottenstein Real Estate Group, a Columbus, Ohio-based development company. Discover the DKOR team’s inspiration for Lago-a-Lago.

Lago-a-Lago Palm Beach Contemporary

ABOUT THIS
PROJECT

ABOUT THIS
PROJECT
Interior opulence is the theme of this stunning international design project, located in one of Mexico City’s most exclusive and chic neighborhoods, Polanco. Inspired by the eye-catching architecture elements, the DKOR Interiors team created a fresh and luxurious escape in a two-level, 7,000-square-foot penthouse for a modern-day family.

Polanco Interior Opulence

ABOUT THIS
PROJECT
This imaginative 10,000-square-foot Fort Lauderdale, Florida, home features five bedrooms, eight baths, and a warm contemporary design influenced by a famous artist. The DKOR Interiors team has carte blanche to be as creative as possible in this multi-level, luxury new construction project. The team is taking their cues from the simplistic artist Piet Mondrian, who founded the De Stijl movement that distilled art down to only intersecting horizontal and vertical lines filled in with just black, white, and primary colors.

ABOUT THIS
PROJECT
Designed to have all of the charm of the industrial style, this 12,300-square-foot new construction residence in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, combines sleek modern design with old-school industrial touches. The DKOR Interiors team took to heart the goal of this project: represent the client’s growth as a family while maintaining a unique home aesthetic. To do this, the design centered on natural elements like rustic woods, brick, stone, and concrete. Since the residence’s interiors are wrapped around spacious outdoor living areas and offer stunning views of the water, the design team took its color palette cues from Mother Nature to connect the indoors with the outside making the most of the exclusive waterfront lifestyle.
