So last month we introduced you to our Hollywood Regency in Miami project and showed you the initial interior design concept designs for all the carpentry and moldings for each area in this Turnberry Ocean Colony apartment. Now we’re taking you a step further and showing you our selections for furniture and accessories that will finish the look and bring it all together. We begin with a furniture plan showing general layouts of each room and then we immerse you in the rich textiles, decorative accents, wallpaper, lighting and furniture.
If you’ll recall from the previous post, our approach is Hollywood Regency done Miami style. To achieve this we are applying colorful geometric wallpaper within offset moldings on the ceiling in each of the spaces and mirroring these patterns on the floor through the use of area rugs. The patterns on the background of each slide depict the wallpaper that will go on the ceiling in that room. The accent color of each slide will be painted on the walls and doors in each room and the applied moldings will be in white. In the living and dining areas the treatment will slightly differ. Those rooms’ walls will be kept a powdery white and the doors will be painted a Tiffany Blue with white and chrome applied moldings.
Stay posted for the reveal of Before and After shots of the finished project!
