DESIGN INSPIRATION

Our Boca Raton new construction project is an 11,570 square foot family home inspired by modern aesthetics. In collaboration with Affiniti Architects and National Custom Homes, the property will be designed around the concept of Reflected Duality.

Inspired by this concept, our interior designers are combining sleek architectural silhouettes with mirrored surfaces, neutral hues and symmetrical details. With large common areas bathed in natural light, this Boca Raton new construction project promises to be a contemporary, yet timeless residence by the sea.

DESIGN CONCEPT

At the core of this Boca Raton home is an emphasis on harmony between shapes, materials, textures and colors. The design relies heavily on clean lines, with large windows and built-in shelving throughout as well as repeating geometric motifs.

We plan to incorporate a variety of natural materials to bring the outside in, per the request of our clients. While the home will be light and airy, it will also bring drama with high ceilings and a lot of glass.

COLOR PALETTE AND MATERIALS

The color palette for this modern Boca Raton new construction project is mostly neutral and natural, with grays, walnut, dark wood, and white. We’re also incorporating pops of blue to add a touch of contrast. The designed team incorporated silver and glass accents throughout to enhance the feeling of luxury.

ENTRY FOYER

Making a grand entrance won’t be a problem for our clients in this stunning open foyer. This central space opens up to multiple rooms in the house, including the upstairs.

Large windows have been incorporated into the design, allowing for plenty of natural light to enter the room. This gives the space an open, airy feel and lets visitors appreciate the stunning views of the surrounding area.

STAIRS DESIGN

We love turning a functional feature into a focal point and the staircase of this home is a prime example. The staircase utilizes a combination of wood and a glass railing to create a smooth and seamless flow from one floor to the next.

The large circular gray rug that grounds the space provides warmth to the sleek foyer. three suspended geometric light fixtures illuminated the space and added a touch of artistry mirroring the curvature of the rug.

DINING ROOM

Within the dining room, we’re planning to create this unique back-lit niche with floating shelving to display some of our clients’ favorite works of art. The natural-colored stone tile floor provides an interesting texture that plays off the other organic elements in the home. The walls will be painted a soft taupe hue that feels cohesive with the flooring.

KITCHEN

With three kids and two dogs, the kitchen for this Boca Raton home has to be large and welcoming. At the center is an island with an open bar and four seats, making it the perfect place for entertaining.

The countertops are a beautiful gray stone that complement the light wood floors and sleek built-in cabinets. Four pendant lights that resemble crystals dangle overhead. With silver hardware and hidden appliances, the room is crisp and contemporary.

A long rectangular window lines the back wall, allowing natural light to flood the room and illuminate the space. We have no doubt that this kitchen will be the perfect spot for cooking and gathering with the whole family.
