Nestled within the luxurious Armani Residences building, you’ll find our latest condo project inspired by the treasures of the sea. This Armani condo is a peaceful oasis for our clients seeking a stylish retreat. The condo is filled with refined modern furniture and a touch of seaside luxury. Today, we’re going to be taking a peek into the dining room interior, which is filled wall-to-wall with a soothing palette of sandy hues and reflective surfaces, reminiscent of the ocean view outside.

The unique narrow room configuration of this space required careful consideration to avoid it feeling busy or small, but our DKOR designers knew exactly what to do! We carved out two distinct areas – one for dining and one for living.

By strategically placing the dining table next to the kitchen, our clients have quick and easy access to their meals. Surrounded by breathtaking views, they can enjoy their lunches and dinners in total comfort. Afterwards, they can recline in the stylish lounge chairs with a good book or favorite TV series.

DINING ROOM INTERIOR – THE FINAL LOOK

Here, you’ll see exactly how our design team used creative placement to structure the two areas in the room. Because of that, each with its own distinct identity. Every furniture piece is thoughtfully positioned to maximize impact and avoid blocking the flow through the room. By keeping the sofa and dining table away from each other, we created a more open and spacious feel.

As you settle into the plush comfort of the living room, you can enjoy the view of the beautiful dining table and chairs, positioned just a few steps away. The light sandy hues of the furniture blend seamlessly with the surrounding decor, creating a sense of harmony.

The nest-like chandelier that hangs above the dining table reminds us of an elegant sea sponge or dried palm fronds gently blowing by the water. The use of marble, stone, and shiny surfaces creates a sense of movement and reflection, just like the sea itself.

FURNITURE SELECTIONS

For the dining table, our designers chose a sleek, modern table from Bontempi Italy. As you can see, the table easily takes center stage in the room. To maximize space, we selected an oval shaped table, rather than a more traditional rectangular one.

The tabletop is a glossy gray stone with white veining supported by a brass concrete that adds a bit of shine. For seating, we used a custom bench in collaboration with Casa Dio.

We chose to create a dining room with a bench to make the most of the space in the room. However, we’ve also included velis chairs from potocco to round out the beautiful arrangement.

Every element in this dining room interior design has been selected to create a sense of cohesion and balance. The curated accessories complement the chandelier, which draws the eye from wherever you are seated.

The wallpaper and wood panels work seamlessly together to create a serene space that feels warm and textural. Whether you’re seated at the dining or in the living, all the elements in the room work together in harmony.

SANDY-HUED ELEMENTS

Let’s take a moment to appreciate the sandy-hued elements that make this dining room so special. Despite the fact that the ceilings aren’t particularly high, the clever use of light colors and reflective surfaces creates an illusion of space that makes the area feel much larger than it actually is.

The floor-to-ceiling windows also help open the space while providing beautiful views for our clients as they dine. To complete the airy, light-filled space, we’ve added touches of organic elements like dried palm fronds scattered throughout.

Even the dining chairs maximize form and function. Featuring a light fabric and dark wooden legs, they lend an effortless sense of modernity to the space. Despite their substantial appearance, the chairs manage to take up very little space, making them the perfect fit for the tight dining room area.

As you take in the final view of this stunning space, it’s impossible not to be struck by the elegance of every element in both the dining and living areas.

From the sleek white living room furniture to the luxurious marble tables, everything has been designed to create a space that’s visually inviting. It’s the perfect atmosphere for unwinding at the end of a long day.
