Our Latest Commercial Interior Design Project: A Luxury Sales Center Design
In a booming real estate market, a sales center design is an essential part of a new construction residential development project. It is one of the first touchpoints in the journey of a potential buyer, a place for them to come to ask questions and visualize their future home.
As both a residential and commercial interior design firm in Florida, we strive to create sales centers that are not only practical, but that engage and foster an emotional connection with potential buyers. A sales center is more than just a resource center. It is a space for potential residents to immerse themselves in the ambience of the property from the moment they step inside.
EXPERIENCE
Recently, our team of commercial interior designers had the opportunity to design the sales center for ”Serena by the Sea” by Valor Capital in Clearwater, Florida. We are excited to share with you the outcome of the project as well as of our tips for designing sales centers in new construction buildings.
THE DESIGN
As a one-of-a-kind residential development project, Serena by the Sea was truly an honor to design. This project stands to give new meaning to sophisticated waterfront living on the western coast of Clearwater. For that reason, we wanted to make sure our designs met this high bar.
For the design of the sales center, we created a thoughtful plan that reflected the values of the project. It was important to us to create spaces that would positively contribute to the experience residents would have in the building. Using organic materials, statement furniture, and decorative lighting, we told the story of the Serena lifestyle through our design choices.
ASPECTS WE CONSIDERED
Sales centers serve a specific purpose: to market and promote sales on-site. They are the place brokers come to speak about luxurious residences. Sales centers also promote the lifestyle and community a developer is offering. While most of the time, sales centers are demolished or re-designed after the completion of the sales phase, they are by no means a throwaway project. Working with reasonable budgets, we make sure that sales centers uphold the same standards of luxury and professionalism that the residences will have.
For Serena, we achieved everything we set out to do in meeting the highest standards while staying conscious of the budget. To do this, we began by identifying the areas of opportunity to invest in that would make the strongest impact on the customer experience. Our commercial design team used warm tones, inviting furnishings, and lifestyle-fulfilling design features. The final product turned out to be a welcoming oasis for potential residents.
AREAS INCLUDED
Serena by the Sea’s sales center is more than just a place to sell. Each area was mindfully curated to transmit the sentiments and sensations that align with the lifestyle of the building. Within the center, you’ll find examples of the designs of the main areas in the building.
This includes the kitchen, living room, master bedroom (and closet) and master bathroom. It’s a one-stop, fully immersive space for potential residents hoping to live at Serena by the Sea. It’s the first taste of what it will be like to live in this luxurious property.
